We build truly beautiful homes, incorporating wide plank heart pine flooring, bead-board wainscoting, coffered ceilings, crown mouldings, standing seam metal roofs, covered porches, custom milled woodwork, solid wood cabinetry and other fine features.

At the Cottage Home Company we truly believe cost-effective design is more important than number of square feet. In our plans, every square foot has a use and function. This philosophy holds true whether we are building a 1500 sf cottage or a larger custom home.
